✔ পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে অবশ্যই ভালোভাবে চেক করে নিন।
✔ যদি পণ্য পছন্দ না হয় এবং রিটার্ন করতে চান, তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায়ই রিটার্নের অনুরোধ করতে হবে।
✔ তাৎক্ষণিক রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
